Das Produkt sollte nach Möglichkeit in der Originalverpackung mit den vorhandenen Schutzeinlagen zurückgesendet werden. Falls die Originalverpackung nicht mehr vorhanden ist, muss der Artikel sicher und transportsicher in einem geeigneten Karton verpackt werden.
Ausverkaufsartikel, finale Sale-Produkte, Trainingsprogramme und digitale Inhalte können von Rückgabe und Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen sein.

Nach Eingang der Rücksendung wird die Ware geprüft. Dabei kontrollieren wir, ob alle Geräte, Zubehörteile und Bestandteile vollständig vorhanden und in gutem Zustand sind.
