Delivery Options
🔹 1. FedEx Ground or Express (For smaller items)
- Lightning-fast delivery with full tracking
- No waiting – direct to your mailbox or front door
- No signature required for most packages
🔹 2. LTL Freight with Curbside Delivery (For heavy & bulky items)
Large items like reformers, power racks, or complete gym setups? These are delivered via our freight partners DB Schenker or Dachser with curbside delivery.
Here's how it works:
🛠️LTL Freight – Step by Step
- We prepare your order: Our team checks availability and prepares your freight.
- The carrier books it: You'll receive tracking details once your shipment is scheduled.
- Appointment call: The carrier will call to schedule a 4–6 hour delivery window. Curbside delivery: Your order will be safely delivered to street level using a liftgate.

- Clear access: Ensure a truck (7.5t+) can reach your location.
- Get backup: For larger items, have assistance ready to bring them inside.
- Inspect before signing: If packaging looks damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
🤔 Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I choose my delivery date or time?
A: Not with FedEx. But freight carriers will call to schedule your appointment.
Q: Will it be brought inside?
A: Standard delivery ends at the curb. For in-room delivery or installation, we can provide a separate quote – just ask.
Q: What if I'm not home?
A: FedEx may leave a notice for re-delivery. Freight carriers will reschedule. However, please note that additional charges may apply.
Q: What if the order arrives damaged?
A: In some cases, the wooden crate/packaging your machine arrives in may be slightly damaged during transit. In this instance, you have the option to refuse delivery and note upon delivery that the order arrived damaged. In 99.9% of cases, the machine itself is not damaged, however, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
Should the machine be damaged, please notify us immediately and refuse delivery. All shipments are insured, so we can send you a replacement at no additional cost if delivery is refused.
