🔹 1. FedEx Ground or Express (For Smaller Items)
Accessories, bands, or compact gear ship with FedEx — fast, trackable, and straight to your door.
- Lightning-fast delivery with full tracking
- No waiting around — direct to your mailbox or doorstep
- Most packages don’t require a signature
You’ll get tracking details by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
🔹 2. LTL Freight with Curbside Delivery (For Heavy & Bulky Items)
Big items like reformers, power racks, or full gym setups? These arrive via our freight partners, DB Schenker or Dachser, with curbside delivery.
Here’s how that works:

- We Prep Your Order: Our team verifies availability and preps your freight.
- Carrier Books It: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your shipment’s scheduled.
- Appointment Call: The carrier calls to arrange a 4–6 hour delivery window.
- Curbside Drop-Off: Your order is delivered safely to street level using a liftgate.
🧾 Get Ready Like a Pro
- Clear Access: Ensure a truck (7.5t+) can reach your location.
- Call in Reinforcements: For larger items, have help ready to bring them inside.
- Inspect Before Signing: If packaging looks damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and snap photos.
🤔 Delivery FAQ
Q: Can I pick my delivery date or time?
A: For FedEx, no. But freight carriers will call to schedule your slot.
Q: Will they bring it inside?
A: Standard delivery stops at the curb. For in-room delivery or installation, we can quote that separately — just ask.
Q: What if I’m not home?
A: FedEx may leave a slip for redelivery. Freight carriers will reschedule, but note: extra fees may apply.
Q: What if the order arrives damaged?
A: In some cases the wooden crate/box that your machine will be delivered wil be damaged lightly during transportation. In this case you have the option to reject the shipment and sign at delivery that the order arrived damaged. In 99.9% of the cases the machine itself won't be damaged but there might be a slight delay in the delivery.
In case the machine is damaged please let us know immediately and reject the shipment. All shipments are insured so if you reject the shipment we can send you a replacement without extra costs.
