📦 Two shipping options—depending on the size of your order
1. Package Shipping (Smaller Items)
Accessories, ribbons, and compact equipment are delivered by parcel service—quickly, insured, and with full tracking—right to your door. You'll receive the tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping with curbside delivery (heavy & bulky items)
Our freight partners—such as DB Schenker or Dachser—deliver reformers, power racks, or complete gym equipment via freight carrier right to your curb. Unloading is done safely using a forklift.

- We're processing your order: Our team is checking availability and preparing your shipment.
- The shipping company will handle it: You'll receive the tracking details as soon as your shipment is scheduled.
- Scheduled Call: The shipping company will call you to arrange a 4–6-hour delivery window.
- Delivery: Your order will be safely unloaded to street level using a loading dock.

Our standard shipping costs depend on the total value of your order:
Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Up to €150: €9.90
- €150 – €500: €19.90
- €500 – €1,500: €49 (bulky items)
- €1,500 – €4,000: €99 (shipping)
- Starting at €4,000: €149 (Heavy Cargo Shipping)
Rest of Europe (EU)
- Up to €150: €14.90
- €150 – €500: €29
- €500 – €1,500: €69
- €1,500 – €4,000: €149
- 4,000 € and up: 219 €

- Unobstructed Access: Make sure a truck (7.5 metric tons or more) can reach your location.
- Get some help: For large items, it's a good idea to have a second person help you bring everything inside.
- Check first, then sign: Does the packaging look damaged? Make a note of it on the delivery slip and take photos.

Can I choose my own delivery date?
Not for package shipping. For freight deliveries, the driver or the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time with you.
Will the delivery be brought inside?
Standard delivery ends at the curb. Would you like delivery right to your room or our assembly service? Just ask us—we’ll give you a quote.
What if I'm not at home?
The delivery service will leave a notice for a redelivery. The carrier will schedule a new delivery time with you—please note that this may incur additional charges.
What if the order arrives damaged?
Shipping crates may show visible signs of wear and tear during transit—in 99.9% of cases, the machine itself is undamaged. If the packaging looks damaged, note this on the delivery receipt upon acceptance and take photos. If the machine itself is damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately: All shipments are insured, and you’ll receive a replacement at no additional cost.
