Return policy at Kraftathlet

Your satisfaction is important to us!

At Kraftathlet, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, we offer a generous return policy.

Return Period:

You can return unused products within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sanyulo OÜ, Tornimäe 3//5//7, Tallinn, 10145 Estonia, support@kraftathlet.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website LINK TO THE FORM. If you make use of this option, we will send you immediate confirmation (e.g., by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer bears the return costs.

Reasons for Return:

• The product is faulty or damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product size does not fit.
• You changed your mind and have not used the product.

Return Conditions:

To receive a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

• The product is in its original condition and unused.
• All labels and packaging are still intact.
• You enclose a copy of the invoice with your return.

Special Notes on Refunds:

• Products over 500 EUR: For products with an original purchase price over 500 EUR, a processing fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be charged for returns.
• Faulty or wrongly delivered products: Kraftathlet covers the return costs for faulty or wrongly delivered products.
• Other return reasons: For all other return reasons, you bear the return costs.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase price of the product to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

• Personalized products cannot be returned.
• Hygiene products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.
