Return Policy for Kraftathlet

Your satisfaction is important to us!

At Kraftathlet , we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you ever wish to return a product, we offer a flexible return policy.

Return period: 30 days

You can return unused products to us within 30 days of receiving them and receive a full refund. In doing so, we are voluntarily extending the statutory 14-day cancellation period—your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sanyulo OÜ, Tornimäe 3//5//7, Tallinn, 10145 Estonia, support@kraftathlet.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not required. You can also access the model withdrawal form or submit another unambiguous statement on our website LINK TO THE FORM . If you choose to do so, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Reasons for returns:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The size of the product doesn't fit.
  • You changed your mind and didn't use the product.

Return Policy:

To receive a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and has never been used.
  • All labels and packaging are still intact.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.

Special Notes on Refunds:

  • No processing fee: We do not charge any processing or restocking fees for returns—regardless of the purchase price.
  • Defective or incorrectly delivered products: Kraftathlet will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
  • Other reasons for returns: For all other reasons for returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund:

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price of the product to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.

Delivery, payment, financing, and service—these are the issues that should be clarified before making an investment decision.

We ship throughout the European Union. Our focus is on the DACH region—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—because we have established our own freight forwarding, installation, and service partners there and can make binding delivery commitments.

For deliveries to other EU countries, we calculate shipping and installation costs on a project-by-project basis. Please let us know the delivery location, floor level, and access conditions—both of these details, along with the price, will be included in your quote.

If the item is in stock, please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your payment.

For custom models, specific color and upholstery requests, or complete studio setups, the delivery time may be longer. The binding delivery window is listed in your order confirmation—as a commitment, not an estimate.

We'll contact you before we process a payment.

You'll be given a realistic delivery date, and you can then decide for yourself whether to wait, switch to an available model, or cancel your order. We do not accept payment for items for which we cannot meet the delivery date.

The following payment methods are available at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay.
  • Digital Wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Local payment methods in Europe — Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL and Wero (Netherlands), Przelewy24 (Poland), and MobilePay.
  • Payment by bank transfer in advance — the standard for larger orders and studio equipment.
  • Payment in installments via PayPal — for eligible customers.
  • Hire purchase and leasing through our financing partner.

For larger orders, we recommend bank transfers or financing, as credit card and digital wallet limits are often lower than the order amount. Additional payment methods, including installment plans and BNPL options, are currently in development.

Yes. With hire purchase or leasing, you spread out the investment over monthly payments instead of paying it all at once. With hire purchase, the device becomes your property at the end of the term.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. To do so, the merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging—for commercial equipment, this is a prerequisite for it to be resalable.

Yes. Upon request, we’ll handle transportation to the installation site—including transport within the building, setup, functional testing, training for your team, and disposal of packaging materials—even in buildings without a ramp or freight elevator.

Tell us the floor, door width, and elevator situation, and we'll include the location and price in the quote instead of it being a surprise on delivery day.

The vast majority of our clients are studios, medical practices, hotels, and institutions. They receive a proper invoice showing the applicable sales tax.

For intra-Community deliveries to businesses with a valid, verifiable VAT ID number, we bill using the reverse-charge procedure. We assist public contracting authorities by providing the compliance and procurement documents required internally.
