Return Policy at Kraftathlet

Your satisfaction is important to us!

At Kraftathlet, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you ever wish to return a product, we offer a generous return policy.

Return period:

You can return unused products to us within 14 days of receiving them and receive a full refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sanyulo OÜ, Tornimäe 3//5//7, Tallinn, 10145 Estonia, support@kraftathlet.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not required. You may also access the model withdrawal form or submit another unambiguous statement on our website LINK TO THE FORM  . If you choose this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Reasons for returns:

• The product is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The size of the product doesn't fit.
• You changed your mind and didn't use the product.

Return Policy:

To receive a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

• The product is in its original condition and has never been used.
• All labels and packaging are still intact.
• Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.

Special Notes on Refunds:

• Products over 500 EUR: For products with an original purchase price over 500 EUR, a processing fee equal to 10% of the original purchase price will be charged in the event of a return.
• Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products: Kraftathlet will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
• Other reasons for returns: For all other reasons for returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund:

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price of the product to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

• Personalized products cannot be returned.
• Hygiene products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.
