Kraftathlet exists to be the one partner that fitness, wellness, and recovery companies across Europe can fully entrust with their space.
We curate premium studio-grade equipment from vetted European and international manufacturers—and supplement it with everything a manufacturer alone cannot provide: honest advice, space planning, financing, delivery, installation, and service throughout the entire lifespan of the equipment.
One relationship replaces ten service providers. Shared responsibility becomes clear accountability. If something goes wrong, there’s exactly one number to call—and no one pointing the finger at anyone else.

What We Cover
Setting up a training or recovery area rarely fails because of the equipment itself. It fails because of the interfaces between the different components. We have one person in charge of these six steps.
First, we determine the purpose, target audience, and utilization of your space—and only then do we decide which equipment makes sense. If a project isn't viable, we'll tell you.
To-scale floor plans of your rooms: walkways, safety distances, zoning, connections, and ceiling heights. You can see the layout before you place your order.
Hire purchase and leasing through our financing partner, so that investments don't all have to be made at once. Terms and conditions are clearly stated in the offer.
Freight forwarding services, including scheduling, transport between floors, and disposal of packaging materials. Also available for properties without a loading ramp or freight elevator.
Setup, configuration, functional testing, and on-site training for your team. Handover will not take place until the facility is ready for operation.
Spare parts, maintenance, and upgrades throughout the entire service life—all handled by the same contact person who set up your project.

Why " Kraftathlet " Exists in the First Place.
Kraftathlet It emerged in 2025 from a recurring observation: Operators who wanted to set up a facility had to coordinate manufacturers, freight forwarders, installers, financing, and service providers on their own—and bore every risk along the way entirely on their own.
The usual solution was to buy from the largest supplier with the widest selection. That solves the procurement problem, but not the real one: No one is responsible for ensuring that the space ultimately works.
So we built the opposite. A deliberately narrow portfolio of vetted manufacturers—deeply understood rather than broadly listed—and, built around that, the services that turn equipment into a fully operational space.
Today, we work with Pilates studios, physical therapy practices, hotels, boutique gyms, and public-sector clients in the DACH region and the Benelux countries.
