What is the difference between “With Box” and “Without Box”?

The box is a padded training box (68 × 39 × 28 cm) that is placed between the shoulder supports and allows for additional exercises. It is not included in the “Without Box” version.

What spring strengths are available?

Five springs in three resistance levels: two green (low), one yellow (medium), and two red (high). They can be combined in any way.

What is the maximum load capacity?

How do I maintain the Reformer?

Clean and lubricate the wheels, adjustment rods, and guides regularly. Wipe down the cover with water and a microfiber cloth. Replace the springs about every two years, depending on how often the chair is used.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, a two-year warranty.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.
