Flexi-Roll Customization – Logo and Play Area per square meter

Flexi-Roll customization is a service provided by SportCom, not a product: Your Flexi-Roll surface will be marked with a logo, combat zone boundaries, and text. You can choose the logo, size, and color of the markings, as well as the printing method, text, text size, and font. Billing is based on the square meter of marked surface area, whether single-color or multicolor. The mat itself is a separate item.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product at SportCom .

If an order consists of multiple products that are delivered separately, the 14-day cancellation period begins on the day the last product in the order was received.

Please include your order number, your full name, the product name, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you with further return instructions.

After registering the return, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of the cancellation.

The merchandise must be returned securely packaged and must include all accessories, instructions, individual parts, and components originally included in the shipment. The product must be in a condition that allows for proper inspection.

Custom-made items, personalized products, hygiene products once their seals have been broken, perishable goods, digital content, event-related services, or other products excluded by law may be excluded from return.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, unless another method has been agreed upon with the customer.

The refund may include the product price as well as standard shipping costs. If the customer selected a more expensive shipping method than the standard shipping option offered, the additional shipping costs may be excluded from the refund.

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, a shipping error, or another issue confirmed by our customer service.

The refund may be withheld until the returned merchandise has been received or until the customer has provided valid proof of return.

Products with damage, missing parts, missing accessories, excessive wear and tear, or signs of use beyond what is considered normal inspection may be excluded from a full refund or may only be partially refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

Please provide us with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the product, the packaging, and the visible damage.

For package or freight deliveries, the goods should be inspected upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the delivery person. The packaging should be retained until the case has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, repair assistance, an exchange, a replacement shipment, a return for inspection, or a refund.

Warranty & Guarantee

SportCom Products are subject to statutory warranty rights. According to the official SportCom Terms and Conditions of Sale, customers benefit from statutory warranties in addition to any commercial warranties that may be offered for certain products.

The statutory warranty of conformity is valid for up to 2 years from the date of delivery. It covers products that do not conform to the contract, including defects in the product, packaging, assembly instructions, or installation, if applicable.

In the event of a valid nonconformity, the customer may request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, another reasonable solution, such as a refund, may be offered.

SportCom ’s terms and conditions also cover protection against hidden defects. If a hidden defect renders the product unsuitable for its intended use or significantly reduces its usability, the customer may be entitled, depending on the case, to return the product for a full refund or to receive a partial refund.

The following are not covered: damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, mishandling, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, external influences, unauthorized repairs, or use outside the intended purpose.
