Returns & Cancellations

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their Titanium Strength product. If the last day of the return period falls on a holiday, the period may be extended until the next business day.

Once you’ve requested a return, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of the cancellation.

The merchandise must be in perfect condition, complete, and include all accessories, documentation, and the original packaging, if applicable. If the original packaging is an integral part of the product and the product is returned without it, a deduction for depreciation may be subtracted from the refund amount.

Original delivery services such as delivery to your home, installation costs already incurred, return shipping costs, pickup service fees, and costs for failed pickup attempts may be excluded from the refund, unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer service.

Products with signs of use, missing accessories, missing documentation, damaged packaging, missing original packaging, or damage caused during return shipping may be excluded from a full refund or may only be partially refunded.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, the end of the product's service life, faulty installation, non-genuine replacement parts, or use for purposes other than those for which the product is intended.
