Der Elina Pilates Klappbare Reformer ist für das Training zu Hause gebaut: Nach der Einheit klappst du ihn zusammen und schiebst ihn auf 8 Rollen an seinen Platz. Beim Ausklappen richten sich beide Teile über ein patentiertes System aus. Der Rahmen ist aus amerikanischem Ahornholz, das Gerät 235 × 61 cm groß und bis 150 kg belastbar.

Wie verstaue ich den Reformer?

Du klappst ihn in zwei Teile zusammen und schiebst ihn auf den Rollen an seinen Platz. Die Maße im geklappten Zustand nennt der Hersteller nicht – wir klären sie vor dem Kauf für dich.

Brauche ich die Box?

Die Box brauchst du für Übungen im Sitzen und Liegen auf der Box. Du kannst den Reformer mit oder ohne Box bestellen.

Wie oft müssen die Federn getauscht werden?

Der Hersteller empfiehlt, die Federn je nach Nutzung etwa alle zwei Jahre zu tauschen. Ersatzfedern bekommst du über uns.

Wie wird geliefert?

Per Spedition. Dein verbindliches Lieferfenster steht schriftlich in der Auftragsbestätigung; Lieferung bis in den Raum und Aufbau bekommst du auf Wunsch im Angebot.

Shipping and Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the item.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Please include a proof of purchase with your return.

If the product meets the above requirements, please contact our customer service at customersuccess@kraftathlet.de to initiate the return.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss during return shipping.

Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

Answers Before the Offer

Delivery, payment, financing, and service—these are the issues that should be clarified before making an investment decision.

We ship throughout the European Union. Our focus is on the DACH region—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—because we have established our own freight forwarding, installation, and service partners there and can make binding delivery commitments.

For deliveries to other EU countries, we calculate shipping and installation costs on a project-by-project basis. Please let us know the delivery location, floor level, and access conditions—both of these details, along with the price, will be included in your quote.

If the item is in stock, please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your payment.

For custom models, specific color and upholstery requests, or complete studio setups, the delivery time may be longer. The binding delivery window is listed in your order confirmation—as a commitment, not an estimate.

We'll contact you before we process a payment.

You'll be given a realistic delivery date, and you can then decide for yourself whether to wait, switch to an available model, or cancel your order. We do not accept payment for items for which we cannot meet the delivery date.

Yes. With hire purchase or leasing, you spread out the investment over monthly payments instead of paying it all at once. With hire purchase, the device becomes your property at the end of the term.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. To do so, the merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging—for commercial equipment, this is a prerequisite for it to be resalable.

Yes. Upon request, we’ll handle transportation to the installation site—including transport within the building, setup, functional testing, training for your team, and disposal of packaging materials—even in buildings without a ramp or freight elevator.

Tell us the floor, door width, and elevator situation, and we'll include the location and price in the quote instead of it being a surprise on delivery day.

The vast majority of our clients are studios, medical practices, hotels, and institutions. They receive a proper invoice showing the applicable sales tax.

For intra-Community deliveries to businesses with a valid, verifiable VAT ID number, we bill using the reverse-charge procedure. We assist public contracting authorities by providing the compliance and procurement documents required internally.
