Care & First Use

Der Track kann auf Maß zugeschnitten und an das Layout der Trainingszone angepasst werden – Schnittkanten am besten mit einem geeigneten Rasenkleber versiegeln, damit sie sauber und eben bleiben. Je nach Untergrund und Nutzungsintensität lässt sich die Bahn mit PU-Klebedichtstoff (Polyurethan) am Boden fixieren; das verbessert die Stabilität, verhindert Verrutschen und aufstehende Kanten. Während der Nutzung vor UV-Strahlung sowie organischen und anorganischen Lösungsmitteln schützen.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their Tiguar product, provided the item is returned unused, undamaged, complete, and with proof of purchase.

Used, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged products may be excluded from a full refund or may only be partially refunded. Event tickets, digital services, custom-made products, or special order items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, the merchandise will be inspected. We will verify that the item is complete, unused, and in suitable condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, a shipping error, or another special case confirmed in writing.

Original shipping costs, additional delivery services, processing fees, and return shipping costs may be excluded from the refund, unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer service.
