Returns & Cancellations

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the Tiguar product, provided the item is returned unused, undamaged, complete, and with proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, full name, product name, and reason for return in your message. Our customer service will review your request and then provide you with further return information.

The goods must be securely packed for return, preferably in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, individual parts, labels, and included components must be complete.

Used, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged products may be excluded from a full refund or only partially refunded. Event tickets, digital services, custom-made items, or special order items may be excluded from cancellation, where legally permissible.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the return, the goods will be inspected. We will check whether the item is complete, unused, and in suitable condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method used.

The customer generally bears the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, a delivery error, or another specially confirmed case in writing.

Original shipping costs, additional delivery services, processing fees, and return shipping costs may be excluded from the refund, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly confirmed by our customer service.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in the account.

Please send us your order number, a brief description of the problem, and meaningful photos or videos of the product, packaging, and visible damage.

For parcel or freight deliveries, the goods should be inspected directly upon delivery if possible. Visible transport damage should be noted with the delivery person. The packaging should be retained until the case has been reviewed.

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, faulty handling, lack of maintenance, excessive stretching of bands, UV exposure or unsuitable chemicals, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, commercial misuse, unauthorized repairs, or use outside the intended purpose is not covered.
