This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through kraftathlet.eu. It supplements our General Terms and Conditions and the statutory right of withdrawal. By placing an order, you accept this policy.
1. Cancellation before Shipping
You have the right to cancel your order free of charge within 14 days of placing the order, provided the goods have not yet been shipped or manufacturing has not begun.
Cancellation can be done informally via email, WhatsApp, or our online form. In this case, the refund will be processed within approximately 14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
2. Cancellation after Shipping / Return
If the goods have already been shipped or if it is a product specially manufactured for you, the following conditions apply:

Return at your own expense

The product must be in its original condition, including undamaged original packaging

Pictures of the goods must be provided before return (via return form or email)

After receipt and inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 business days
3. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The following products are excluded from cancellation and refund:

Hygiene products (e.g., massage guns, EMS devices), if opened

Custom-made products (e.g., devices with individual color selection)

Products explicitly manufactured to order
4. Business Customers (B2B)
For business customers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations must be discussed individually with our support team. Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement and subject to the return conditions of this policy.
5. Refunds & Processing Fee

Refunds are made via the original payment method

Orders over €5,000 are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the goods value

This fee covers internal logistics and return processing costs
