Can I use the pedals separately?
Yes—the padded, non-slip pedals can be used separately or together.

What is the difference between the wood-base and steel-base versions?
This version features the classic solid wood construction; the steel-base version uses a black steel base. Both versions come equipped with 4 springs, adjustable handles, and padded pedals.

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Please include a proof of purchase with your return.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.
