What size do I need?

S/M passt laut Hersteller bei 1,60–1,75 m Körpergröße (Beinlänge bis 88 cm), L/XL bei 1,76–1,95 m (89–104 cm). Gemessen wird die Beinlänge vom Schritt bis zum Knöchel.

Braucht das Standard System eine Steckdose?

Ja. Das Steuergerät läuft am Netz mit 220 V / 50 Hz und hat keinen Akku. Für Anwendungen ohne Steckdose gibt es das Aerify Charge.

Mit welchem Druck fange ich an?

Die Anleitung empfiehlt, mit Stufe 3 bis 5 (90–150 mmHg) zu beginnen und dann nach Gefühl anzupassen. Der Druck soll fest, aber angenehm sein.

Gibt es Gegenanzeigen?

Ja. Laut Bedienungsanleitung nicht anwenden in der Schwangerschaft und u. a. bei Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen, Bluthochdruck, Thrombose oder Blutgerinnseln, akuten Infektionen, Osteoporose, Knochenbrüchen, offenen Wunden sowie kurz nach Operationen. Wenn du unsicher bist, klär die Anwendung vorher ärztlich ab.

30-day return policy if you’re not satisfied. To initiate a return, please contact us at customersuccess@kraftathlet.de with your order details. A return authorization code is required. Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty on all Aerify products. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and gives you peace of mind with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at customersuccess@kraftathlet.de.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Please keep your proof of purchase and present it when making a warranty claim.

Delivery, payment, financing, and service—these are the issues that should be clarified before making an investment decision.

We ship throughout the European Union. Our focus is on the DACH region—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—because we have established our own freight forwarding, installation, and service partners there and can make binding delivery commitments.

For deliveries to other EU countries, we calculate shipping and installation costs on a project-by-project basis. Please let us know the delivery location, floor level, and access conditions—both of these details, along with the price, will be included in your quote.

If the item is in stock, please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your payment.

For custom models, specific color and upholstery requests, or complete studio setups, the delivery time may be longer. The binding delivery window is listed in your order confirmation—as a commitment, not an estimate.

We'll contact you before we process a payment.

You'll be given a realistic delivery date, and you can then decide for yourself whether to wait, switch to an available model, or cancel your order. We do not accept payment for items for which we cannot meet the delivery date.

Yes. With hire purchase or leasing, you spread out the investment over monthly payments instead of paying it all at once. With hire purchase, the device becomes your property at the end of the term.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. To do so, the merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging—for commercial equipment, this is a prerequisite for it to be resalable.

Yes. Upon request, we’ll handle transportation to the installation site—including transport within the building, setup, functional testing, training for your team, and disposal of packaging materials—even in buildings without a ramp or freight elevator.

Tell us the floor, door width, and elevator situation, and we'll include the location and price in the quote instead of it being a surprise on delivery day.

The vast majority of our clients are studios, medical practices, hotels, and institutions. They receive a proper invoice showing the applicable sales tax.

For intra-Community deliveries to businesses with a valid, verifiable VAT ID number, we bill using the reverse-charge procedure. We assist public contracting authorities by providing the compliance and procurement documents required internally.
