Is the pump included with this product?
No. This product is the jacket attachment only. The pump unit is not included and must be ordered separately.

Can I use the jacket without a pump?
No. The jacket will not work without a compatible Aerify pump unit.

Important Information

Pneumatic compression is not suitable for everyone. You should refrain from using this device in cases of, among others, decompensated heart failure, existing or suspected thrombosis, extensive thrombophlebitis, acute erysipelas or acute phlegmon, compartment syndrome, severe uncontrolled hypertension, acute infections or open wounds in the treatment area, and severe peripheral arterial occlusive disease. Please read the instructions for use before your first application and consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions or are unsure.

Returns

30-day return policy if you’re not satisfied. To initiate a return, please contact us at customersuccess@kraftathlet.de with your order details. A return authorization code is required. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Full refund for complete and undamaged items; partial refund for missing or damaged parts.

We offer a two-year warranty on all Aerify products. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and gives you peace of mind with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at customersuccess@kraftathlet.de.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Please keep your proof of purchase and present it when making a warranty claim.
