All my questions were answered via chat, and I’m completely satisfied. After a while, I received a call asking if I was satisfied and if everything was okay. Now that’s what I call customer service! Everything was perfect. I asked about an additional adapter so I could use the jacket and pants at the same time, and shortly afterward, I received a message and an offer, which I ordered right away. It’s great how they take care of their customers here. I’m extremely satisfied and glad I chose this device and this supplier. The lymphatic drainage set works flawlessly—it’s quiet and easy to use.
