Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their Force USA product, provided the item is returned complete, in like-new condition, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Please include your order number, full name, the product name, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you with further return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved before the product is shipped back. Products returned without prior approval may be refused.

The merchandise must be securely packaged for return. If the product was delivered on a pallet, it should also be securely fastened to a pallet for return. All accessories, instructions, screws, individual parts, and included components must be included in full.

Used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, custom-made, discounted, final sale, or non-returnable products may be excluded from return or may only be partially refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, the merchandise will be inspected. We will verify that the item is complete, properly packaged, and in suitable condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

A restocking fee may apply and be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, installation services, processing fees, storage costs, and other additional services may also be excluded from or deducted from the refund, unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer service.

Force USA’s official return policy specifies a 15% restocking fee, non-refundable original shipping costs, and return shipping costs to be borne by the customer.

Refunds are typically processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

If a Force USA product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the product, the packaging, and any visible damage.

Force USA notes in its support section that photos and a description of the problem should be submitted for missing or damaged products. Additionally, according to the return policy, product defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery so that a replacement or refund can be considered. After this period has expired, issues will be handled in accordance with the product warranty.

For freight or pallet shipments, the goods should be inspected upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the delivery person. The packaging should be retained until the case has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, repair assistance, an exchange, a replacement shipment, a return for inspection, or a refund.

Force USA products come with a warranty that may vary depending on the product type and intended use. A distinction is made between personal home use and commercial use.

For personal home use, Force USA officially provides the following warranty coverage:

Lifetime warranty on the frame
10 years on moving parts
1 year on upholstery and attachments

For select commercial products in approved commercial environments, Force USA provides:

Limited lifetime warranty on the frame
5 years on moving parts
6 months on upholstery and attachments

Force USA also states that the warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in structure, cables, rollers, and workmanship, provided the product is used under normal conditions and properly maintained.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by shipping or delivery, improper use, misuse, neglect, incorrect application, modifications, faulty assembly, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized repairs, or use outside the intended purpose. Force USA also notes that using products intended for home use in commercial environments may void the warranty.

After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the next steps. Depending on the case, this may include a fault analysis, delivery of replacement parts, repair, replacement shipment, exchange, return for inspection, partial refund, or full refund.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for any necessary repairs, replacement parts, or an appropriate solution. Force USA states in its warranty terms that warranty coverage is generally limited to repair or replacement and that shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
