This Elite model uses a steel frame for maximum stability and durability—the wooden-base version uses wooden rungs. The barrel and adjustment range (99–120 cm) are identical.

What material is the barrel made of?
It’s made of specially developed Pilates synthetic leather—non-slip and very durable—with high-density EVA padding.

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.

Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
