What colors are available, and what is the warranty?
Standard colors are black and gray; available upon request: green, blue, red, ivory, ocean blue, and mocha. The frame is covered by a 10-year warranty, and all other parts are covered by a 2-year warranty.

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Please include a proof of purchase with your return.

If the product meets the requirements listed above, please contact our customer service at customersuccess@kraftathlet.de to initiate the return.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.

Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
