How do I store the Domo Reformer after my workout?
Thanks to its telescoping folding system, you can fold it down to 162.5 x 72 x 34 cm—either horizontally (e.g., under the bed) or vertically against the wall (54 x 72 x 162.5 cm). Built-in front wheels make it easy to move around.

What level of resistance does the Domo offer?
5 high-quality springs with a sturdy spring bar: 2 strong (red), 2 medium (green), and 1 light (yellow)—so you can adjust the resistance to your liking.

Is the Domo Reformer suitable for gyms?
No. The Domo is designed exclusively for home use and is not suitable for gym use.

Are the box and jump board included?
No, the box and jump board are available as optional accessories. The warranty is 3 years on the frame and 2 years on all parts (for home use only).

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.
