Für Lieferungen in andere EU-Länder kalkulieren wir Fracht und Montage projektbezogen.

Wie lange dauert die Lieferung?

Bei verfügbarer Ware rechnen Sie mit 7–10 Werktagen ab Zahlungseingang. Bei Sonderausführungen, individuellen Farb- und Polsterwünschen oder kompletten Studioausstattungen kann die Lieferzeit darüber liegen. Das verbindliche Lieferfenster steht in der Auftragsbestätigung.

Was passiert, wenn ein Produkt nicht sofort verfügbar ist?

Dann melden wir uns bei Ihnen, bevor wir eine Zahlung einziehen. Sie erfahren den realistischen Liefertermin und entscheiden anschließend selbst, ob Sie warten, auf ein verfügbares Modell wechseln oder die Anfrage zurückziehen.

Welche Zahlungsarten akzeptieren Sie?

Im Checkout stehen Kredit- und Debitkarten (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), digitale Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) sowie lokale europäische Zahlarten wie Bancontact, iDEAL und Wero, Przelewy24 und MobilePay zur Verfügung. Kann ich meine Ausstattung finanzieren?

Ja. Über Mietkauf oder Leasing verteilen Sie die Investition auf monatliche Raten. Beim Mietkauf geht das Gerät am Ende der Laufzeit in Ihr Eigentum über. Die Konditionen weisen wir auf Wunsch direkt im Angebot aus.

Wie funktioniert die Rückgabe?

Sie können Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgeben. Die Ware muss unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung sein. Melden Sie eine Rückgabe bitte vorab an, damit der Rücktransport organisiert werden kann.

Liefern Sie bis in den Raum und übernehmen Sie die Montage?

Ja. Auf Wunsch übernehmen wir den Transport bis zum Aufstellort einschließlich Etagentransport, den Aufbau, die Funktionsprüfung, die Einweisung des Teams und die Entsorgung des Verpackungsmaterials — auch in Objekten ohne Rampe oder Lastenaufzug.

Sie erhalten eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung mit ausgewiesener Umsatzsteuer.
