Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their Tiguar product, provided the item is returned unused, undamaged, complete, and with proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, full name, the product name, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you with further return instructions.

The merchandise must be returned securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. All accessories, instructions, individual parts, labels, and included components must be included in their entirety.

Used, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged products may be excluded from a full refund or may only be partially refunded. Event tickets, digital services, custom-made products, or special order items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, the merchandise will be inspected. We will verify that the item is complete, unused, and in suitable condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, a shipping error, or another special case confirmed in writing.

Original shipping costs, additional delivery services, processing fees, and return shipping costs may be excluded from the refund, unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer service.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

Please send us your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the product, the packaging, and any visible damage.

For package or freight deliveries, the goods should be inspected upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the delivery person. Please retain the packaging until the case has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, repair assistance, a replacement, a replacement shipment, or a refund.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, mishandling, lack of care, excessive stretching of straps, UV exposure, or unsuitable chemicals; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; accidental damage; commercial misuse; unauthorized repairs; or use outside the intended purpose.
