Applications

The Nordic Tub is used in wellness and recovery areas: in private rooms, on patios, and in gardens, as well as in studios and spa areas. The red cedar and the 304 stainless steel interior are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery is handled by a freight carrier. Thanks to Plug & Play (220 V), setup is straightforward; on-site installation assistance is available as an optional service upon request (see “On-Site Installation Assistance”).

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their Swedish Cold product, provided the item is returned unused, complete, undamaged, and in suitable condition.

Please include your order number, full name, the product name, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you with further return instructions.

The merchandise must be securely packaged for return and, if possible, should be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, covers, filters, stairs, instructions, individual parts, and included components must be included in their entirety.

Since Swedish Cold products can be large, heavy items that are often delivered by a freight carrier, the merchandise must be adequately protected for return shipping. If the product was delivered on a pallet or in special shipping packaging, return shipping in the same manner may be required.

Used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, custom-made, previously installed, hygiene-sensitive, commercially used, or specially ordered products may be excluded from return or may only be partially refunded, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. We will verify that the product is complete, undamaged, unused, and in suitable condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, a shipping error, or another issue confirmed by our customer service. According to EU consumer information, the customer generally bears the return shipping costs during the 14-day cancellation period, unless the seller voluntarily covers these costs or has not properly informed the customer about them.

Original shipping costs, premium delivery services, installation services, pickup costs, costs for failed pickup attempts, processing fees, and return shipping costs may be excluded from the refund unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer service.

Products with signs of use, missing parts, missing accessories, damaged packaging, missing original packaging, water damage due to improper use, or damage caused during return shipping may be excluded from a full refund or may only be partially refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

Please send us your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the product, the packaging, the pallet, and any visible damage.

For freight or pallet deliveries, the goods should be inspected upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible shipping damage should be noted before signing for the delivery. The packaging should be retained until the case has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, repair assistance, a replacement, a replacement shipment, a return for inspection, or a refund.

Warranty Swedish Cold products generally come with a 1-year warranty, as stated on the official Swedish Cold website and on product pages. The product page for the Generation 5 model also lists a 1-year warranty in the product specifications.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and product defects that occur during normal and proper use.

For select commercial installations, Swedish Cold also offers a separate 2-year commercial warranty intended for commercial facilities. This warranty applies only if it has been purchased or confirmed for the specific product or the corresponding commercial use.

The following are not covered: damage caused by improper use, faulty installation, incorrect electrical connection, lack of maintenance, improper water treatment, unsuitable storage, frost damage due to improper handling, external influences, cosmetic signs of wear, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, commercial use without an appropriate commercial warranty, or use outside the intended purpose.

Filters, consumables, accessories, seals, covers, water treatment products, and other wear-and-tear parts may have a shorter coverage period or be excluded from the warranty unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
