Returns & Cancellations

Customers may return their order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, provided it is a physical product and the item is returned complete, properly packaged, and in suitable condition. The official NAIPO Terms and Conditions specify a 14-day return policy for physical products.

Refunds

Warranty & Guarantee NAIPO products generally come with a 24-month statutory warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship. NAIPO also offers services such as repair services, replacement parts, pickup for more complex cases, and replacement units if processing takes longer than 30 days.

The warranty covers defects that occur during normal and proper use. In the event of a valid warranty claim, depending on the situation, a repair, delivery of replacement parts, replacement of the product, or another appropriate solution may be offered.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, mishandling, external influences, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, wear-and-tear parts, consumable parts, or damage resulting from failure to follow the operating or care instructions.

A 1-year statutory warranty may apply to used or refurbished products, provided this is specified by the manufacturer or indicated on the respective product page.
