Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their Force USA product, provided the item is returned complete, in like-new condition, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved before the product is shipped back. Products returned without prior approval may be refused.

The merchandise must be securely packaged for return. If the product was delivered on a pallet, it should also be securely fastened to a pallet for return. All accessories, instructions, screws, individual parts, and included components must be included in full.

Used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, custom-made, discounted, final sale, or non-returnable products may be excluded from return or may only be partially refunded.

Refunds

A restocking fee may apply and be deducted from the refund. Force USA notes in its support section that photos and a description of the problem should be submitted for missing or damaged products.
