Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their Force USA product, provided the item is returned complete, in like-new condition, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Please include your order number, full name, the product name, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you with further return instructions.

All returns must be pre-approved before the product is shipped back. Products returned without prior approval may be refused.

The merchandise must be securely packaged for return. If the product was delivered on a pallet, it should also be securely fastened to a pallet for return. All accessories, instructions, screws, individual parts, and included components must be included in full.

Used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, custom-made, discounted, final sale, or non-returnable products may be excluded from return or may only be partially refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, the merchandise will be inspected. We will verify that the item is complete, properly packaged, and in suitable condition.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

A restocking fee may apply and be deducted from the refund. The warranty does not cover damage caused by shipping or delivery, improper use, misuse, neglect, incorrect application, modifications, faulty assembly, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, unauthorized repairs, or use outside the intended purpose.
