Warranty & Guarantee

NAIPO Products generally come with a 24-month statutory warranty from the date of purchase covering material and manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects that occur during normal and proper use. In the event of a valid warranty claim, depending on the situation, a repair, replacement part, replacement product, or another appropriate solution may be offered.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, external influences, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, wear-and-tear parts, consumable parts, or damage caused by failure to follow the operating or care instructions.
