Description
The Iron Neck 3.0 is the entry-level model from Iron Neck: it features the same headband with a 360° track and AirFit design as the Pro model, but with a slider that always moves smoothly. You’ll perform isometric exercises to strengthen your neck muscles against the resistance of a band or cable—in all directions, without rotational resistance.
Key Benefits
- 360° Track: Flexion, Extension, Lateral Flexion, and Rotation with a Single Device
- Frictionless Slider – according to the manufacturer, the right setting for beginners and mobility training
- Linear resistance via a strap (door, rack) or cable pull
- AirFit™: inflatable rear head cushion plus 3 interchangeable front cushions
- Complete set: Includes a 25-lb band, door strap, door anchor, Cinch anchor, Skull Cap, and instructions
- According to the manufacturer, it is 20% smaller and 33% lighter than the 2.0 generation

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I upgrade the 3.0 to the Pro version later?
No, the friction adjuster is part of the Pro-Slider and is not available as a retrofit kit. If rotational resistance is important to you, just go with the Pro.
How do I adjust the fit?
Adjust the head strap for height, the front padding for width, and inflate the back-of-the-head padding with the ball—then deflate it through the valve after practice.
How do I get started?
The manufacturer recommends starting with frictionless training (adjustable via the control knob on the Pro model), short sessions of 2–5 minutes, and a light resistance of less than 10 lb (4.5 kg). For strength and endurance goals, it recommends 2–3 sessions per week, each lasting 5–10 minutes.
Is " Iron Neck " a medical device?
No. Iron Neck is a training device designed to strengthen and improve the mobility of the neck muscles; it is not a medical device as defined by the EU MDR. If you have any health concerns or are currently undergoing treatment, consult your doctor or therapist before training.
Is Kraftathlet an authorized dealer?
Yes. We source Iron Neck directly from the manufacturer and deliver genuine products with a full manufacturer's warranty. Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse—with no customs duties for customers in Germany and Austria.
Can I return the product?
Yes—within 60 days of receipt, in full, and with the original accessories. Details can be found in our Iron Neck Return Policy under the “Shipping and Returns” tab.
