For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.
