Hegren Pilates springs are designed for consistent resistance, high safety, and a long service life in everyday studio use. Made of nickel-plated steel, they offer reliable tension characteristics over many extension and compression cycles while also being resistant to corrosion. The swivel hooks reduce twisting when attaching the springs, promote proper alignment, and ensure a smooth spring change—especially when settings are frequently adjusted during class.

Thanks to color-coding, you can quickly and easily select resistance levels: from very light (rehab/warm-up) to heavy (strength training/professional). In addition, the springs are available in two lengths (short/long) to accommodate different equipment configurations (e.g., Reformer, Tower, Chair).
