Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the Titanium Strength product. If the last day of the return period falls on a holiday, the period may be extended until the next business day.

Please include your order number, full name, the product name, and the reason for the return in your message. Our customer service team will review your request and then provide you with further return instructions.

Once the return has been requested, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of the cancellation.

The merchandise must be in perfect condition, complete, and include all accessories, documentation, and the original packaging, if applicable. If the original packaging is an integral part of the product and the product is returned without it, a deduction for depreciation may be subtracted from the refund amount.

Customers may inspect the product in the same way they would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond this normal inspection, a deduction for depreciation may be applied.

Hygiene-sensitive products, opened sealed products, massage devices, electrostimulation products, installation services that have already been fully completed, special services, or other products excluded by law may be excluded from return.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return, the merchandise will be inspected. We will verify whether the item meets the return conditions.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after the refund request is submitted, though this period may be extended until the returned merchandise is received.

Original delivery services such as delivery to your home, installation costs already incurred, return shipping costs, pickup service fees, and costs for failed pickup attempts may be excluded from the refund, unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by our customer service.

Products showing signs of use, missing accessories, missing documentation, damaged packaging, missing original packaging, or damage caused during return shipping may be excluded from a full refund or may only be partially refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

If a Titanium Strength product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or with damaged packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery at:

Please send us your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the product, the packaging, and any visible damage.

For freight or heavy-haul deliveries, the goods should be inspected upon delivery whenever possible. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the delivery driver. The packaging should be retained until the case has been reviewed.

Depending on the case, we may offer replacement parts, repair assistance, an exchange, a replacement shipment, return for inspection, or a refund. Titanium Strength states that it will process shipping issues within a maximum of 48 business hours after they are reported.

Titanium Strength products come with a warranty that varies by product. The exact warranty period depends on the product category, component type, and intended use.

Bearings, cables, handles, and select parts: 6 months

Upholstery, straps, springs, and other select parts: 3 months

Professional lever machines:

Frame/chassis: 2 years

Performance components: 1 year

Upholstery, straps, springs, and other selected parts: 3 months

Benches:

Frame/Chassis: 2 years

Workmanship: 6 months

Handles, upholstery, visual components, and other selected parts: 3 months

Home Gyms:

Frame/Chassis: 3 years

Workout components, rollers, guide pulleys, and bearings: up to 1 year

Cables, handles, padding, and other select parts: 6 months

Belts and springs: 3 months

Cardio Equipment:

The warranty varies depending on the type of equipment. Select treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, rowing machines, air bikes, ski trainers, and other cardio equipment may come with a warranty ranging from 3 months to 3 years, depending on the component. For example, selected cardio frames/chassis may be covered for up to 3 years, while mechanical, electronic, optical, pedal, belt, brake, and other components may have shorter warranty periods depending on the product.

Wear parts are generally covered for 6 months. After this period expires, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the replacement part and its installation.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, the end of the product's service life, faulty installation, non-genuine replacement parts, or use for purposes other than those for which the product is intended.

Products intended for home use are not covered if they are installed or used in commercial settings, such as gyms, hotel fitness centers, residential complexes, fitness centers, personal training studios, rehabilitation centers, military facilities, or other shared areas.

If a warranty claim is approved, the product is typically repaired or replaced. Titanium Strength states that repairs or replacements will be completed within a maximum of 30 days, provided the claim is valid and the chosen solution is not impossible or disproportionate.
