Standard colors are black and gray; green, blue, red, ivory, ocean blue, and mocha are also available upon request. The frame is covered by a 10-year warranty, and all parts are covered by a 2-year warranty.

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the merchandise.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the device. Products without an RMA number or without a clearly visible return authorization number on the packaging cannot be processed. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping.
