The P001 is made of solid beech wood with a thickness of 32 mm and is equipped with reinforced springs. The carriage runs smoothly, and the settings remain consistent—even after many sessions per week.

Delivery, Installation, and Acceptance

Delivery within the EU is handled by a freight carrier. Curbside delivery is standard; you can optionally add carry-in and professional installation. We’ll coordinate the confirmed delivery date with your opening or renovation date.

Can I add a tower later?
Yes. The P001 is tower-compatible and designed as an expandable system. A mat converter is also available.

How much space do I need per unit?
The unit is 240 cm long and 66 cm wide. The key factor is the footprint, including space for movement and walkways. Send us a floor plan or room dimensions—we’ll plan the setup and provide the exact dimensions in our quote.

Are there volume discounts?
Yes, for orders of eight or more units. Please specify the quantity and your desired delivery date in your inquiry.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 30 to 45 days. You will receive the confirmed delivery date in writing as part of the quote, and we will coordinate it with your opening date.

What is the after-sales service like?
We source replacement and wear parts directly from the manufacturer. Your contact person remains the same as during the sales process.

Shipping
Reformers and Large Equipment
Large equipment is shipped via a freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard box, and secured on a wooden skid.

Delivery is made using a forklift to the curb, as close to your building as possible.

You do not need to assist the carrier with unloading. We recommend that two people be on hand to unpack and carry the equipment to your building.

You are responsible for unpacking, installing, and disposing of the packaging materials.

Unless otherwise specified, all shipping costs listed apply to delivery to the curb and do not include delivery inside your premises or setup of the equipment. Once the shipment is in transit, the delivery address cannot be easily changed. If changes are still possible, additional shipping costs may apply.

You are responsible for installing your equipment. Reformers, wall units, chairs, and ladder barrels are delivered 90% pre-assembled. Cadillacs require additional assembly. Our customer service team is happy to answer any questions you may have.

The delivery time estimates include one delivery attempt. If the courier does not deliver at the agreed-upon time, a re-delivery fee will apply. Fees and policies vary by courier service and are the responsibility of the recipient. Deliveries are typically made during regular business hours. Deliveries outside of business hours or on weekends are available, if possible, for an additional fee. Additional fees may apply for stairs and special circumstances (e.g., narrow passageways, remote locations). Please inform us in advance so that we can adjust the estimated delivery time accordingly. If there are delays or rescheduling of the delivery after the appointment has been made, storage fees from the courier service may apply. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may result in a rescheduling of the delivery.

The warranty takes effect on the date of the sales invoice. The warranty period is 2 years for residential customers and 10 years for the structure, as well as 2 years for wear-and-tear parts for commercial customers.

Any defects, faults, or discrepancies from the order regarding any part of the device must be reported immediately upon discovery, but no later than 8 days after delivery, in accordance with legal requirements, to customersuccess@kraftathlet.de.

The warranty is void if:
the device has been damaged by an accident, negligence, misuse, other improper handling, or damage due to causes other than normal wear and tear;
parts have been replaced with non-genuine replacement parts;
the repair was performed by personnel not employed by Body & Exercise Pilates SRLS;
the equipment is no longer in the possession of the original purchaser. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damage such as tears, cuts, burn marks, stains, damage caused by cleaning agents, damage caused by external influences, or improper or unintended use. Once a defect in materials or workmanship has been verified, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or the entire part. For repaired or replaced parts, the warranty applies for the remaining warranty period of the original equipment. Damage incurred during shipping is excluded from the warranty. Likewise, shipping costs, customs duties, and costs for installing the delivered parts are not covered. Under no circumstances does the warranty provide compensation for direct or indirect personal injury or property damage caused by defects in the item.

In the event of a warranty claim, the repair or replacement will be made using the same material, if available. Otherwise, a material as similar as possible will be used.

Note:

Damage incurred during shipping is covered by the insurance of the selected courier service.

To request a refund, each item returned must be marked “Accepted with reservation” on the corresponding delivery slip (shipping document). The reason for the reservation must be specified, e.g., “damaged packaging.”
The claim must be filed by the claimant no later than 8 days after the delivery date, as required by law.
