Shipping
Reformers and Large Equipment
Large equipment is shipped by freight carrier, carefully packaged in a box and secured on a wooden skid.

Delivery is made with a liftgate to the curb, as close as possible to your building.

You do not need to help the freight carrier unload. We recommend having two people available to uncrate and move the equipment into your building.

You are responsible for unpacking, installing, and disposing of the packaging materials.

Unless otherwise stated, all quoted freight charges are for curbside delivery and do not include delivery into your premises or equipment setup. Once the shipment is in transit, the delivery location cannot easily be changed. If changes are still possible, additional freight charges may apply.

You are responsible for the installation of your equipment. Reformers, Wall Units, Chairs, and Ladder Barrels are delivered 90% pre-assembled. Cadillacs require additional assembly. Our customer service team is happy to assist you with any questions.

Delivery time estimates include one delivery attempt. If the courier fails to deliver at the agreed time, a redelivery fee will be charged. Fees and policies vary by courier service and are the responsibility of the recipient. Deliveries typically occur during standard business hours. Deliveries outside business hours or on weekends, if available, may incur additional charges. Additional fees may apply for stairs and special circumstances (e.g., narrow passages, remote locations). Please inform us in advance so we can adjust the estimated delivery time accordingly. Delays or rescheduling of delivery after the appointment has been made may result in storage fees from the courier service. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may lead to a rescheduling of the appointment.

The warranty comes into effect on the date of the purchase invoice. The warranty period is 2 years for private customers and 10 years for the construction, as well as 2 years for wear parts for commercial customers.

Any defects, faults, or deviations from the order on any part of the device must be reported immediately upon discovery, but no later than 8 days after delivery, to customersuccess@kraftathlet.de in accordance with legal provisions.

The warranty expires if:
the device was damaged by an accident, negligence, misuse, other improper handling, or damage due to causes other than normal wear and tear;
parts have been replaced with non-original spare parts;
repairs were carried out by personnel not belonging to Body & Exercise Pilates SRLS;
the device is no longer in the possession of the original purchaser. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damages such as cracks, cuts, burn marks, soiling, damage caused by cleaning agents, damage caused by external influences or improper or non-intended use. Once a material or manufacturing defect is proven, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or the entire part. Repaired or replaced parts are covered by the warranty for the remaining warranty period of the original device. Transport damages are excluded from the warranty. Likewise, shipping costs, customs duties, and costs for the installation of the delivered parts are not covered. The warranty will under no circumstances compensate for direct or indirect personal injury or property damage caused by defects in the item.

In the event of a warranty claim, repair or replacement will be carried out with the same material, if available. Otherwise, the most similar material possible will be used.

Note:

Transport damages are covered by the insurance of the chosen courier service.

To request a refund, any material sent must be marked "Accepted subject to reservation" on the corresponding delivery note (transport document). The reason for the reservation must be stated, e.g., "damaged packaging".
The report must be made by the applicant no later than 8 days after the delivery date, as legally required.
