All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order.
