Multi grip pull up bar

The integrated pull up station supports up to 200 kg and allows traditional neutral close or wide grip pull ups. The bar can also be reversed to accommodate low ceiling spaces making it practical for different training environments.

Precise adjustment system

The rack features 28 adjustment points on both front and rear posts with a 3 cm hole spacing. This allows fast and accurate height settings for J hooks and safety supports. Whether for squats bench presses or shoulder work the cage adapts to every exercise with ease.

Durable J hooks and safety supports

The included J hooks are coated with nylon to protect barbell knurling reduce wear and lower noise when re racking the bar. The safety supports are also nylon covered ensuring the bar is caught securely in case of failed lifts. This makes the rack safe for solo training.
