All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order. Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.
