All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order. For larger items sent via freight, the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule delivery. You can also use the tracking page once a tracking number is available to see your order status.
