Drei Trainingsmodi stehen zur Verfügung: freies Springen, Zielanzahl an Sprüngen oder ein Countdown-Timer von 1 bis 10 Minuten. Bei Zielerreichung vibrieren die Griffe – so bleibst du voll fokussiert.

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Goods showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
- After inspection/approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method minus any shipping or special handling costs (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).
- Size exchanges are free where indicated.
4. Warranty:
- Most Insportline products come with a standard 2-year warranty; some items may have extended coverage (e.g., fitness equipment frames up to 10 years).
- Warranty covers material or manufacturing defects but not misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information. You can pay in installments though Klarna and pay with invoice (Kauf auf Rechnung) is now available for Business customers. In addition to that you can pay with a SEPA wire transfer (Vorkasse). All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order. Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. For larger items sent via freight, the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule delivery. You can also use the tracking page once a tracking number is available to see your order status.

Our standard delivery includes curbside drop-off only. However, we can arrange in-room delivery and professional installation for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.
