Ein verstellbares Gurtgeschirr sorgt für sicheren Halt und hohen Komfort bei schweren Lasten. Die breite Plattform (70 x 50 cm) ermöglicht verschiedene Fußstellungen, um gezielt Gesäßmuskulatur, Oberschenkel und hintere Beinmuskeln zu aktivieren. Durch die erhöhte Plattform wird ein größerer Bewegungsumfang erreicht, der die Muskelaktivierung gegenüber der klassischen Langhantel-Variante deutlich steigert.
Zur Intensivierung des Trainings sind Pins für Widerstandsbänder integriert – ideal für progressive Überlastung ohne zusätzliche Gewichtsscheiben.

All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order. Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. For larger items sent via freight, the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule delivery. You can also use the tracking page once a tracking number is available to see your order status.
