Level I is the right choice for beginners as well as for very complex or technically demanding exercises. Advanced users can use it to add an extra challenge to their workouts or as part of their warm-up.
Care & First Use
Do not expose your Power Band to prolonged sunlight, and do not dry it on a heater. Do not drag it over sharp edges, and do not step on it with your shoes. Wipe the band down with a cloth after your workout and let it air dry in a suitable place. Important: Never stretch the band beyond 300% of its total length (resting length x 3).
