Plate-loaded dumbbell set with adjustable workout bench

The inSPORTline CEM 2 × 20 kg set combines an adjustable workout bench with a pair of plate-loaded dumbbells for a complete home training solution. Each dumbbell can hold up to 20 kg allowing you to strengthen arms abs chest and back.

The workout bench offers 8 backrest positions and 5 seat positions making it highly versatile. Quick single-hand adjustment wheels and a transport handle make it easy to move and set up. The bench has a sturdy 200 kg weight limit.

The plate-loaded dumbbells use cement plates with a durable plastic coating. With 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg plates included you can easily adjust the load. Threaded bars with screw-on collars keep everything secure during your workout.
