The core consists of PU composite foam with a density of 230 kg/m³, and the cover is made of smooth vinyl with welded corners. A polypropylene layer on the underside keeps the mats in place on smooth gym floors. The manufacturer offers junior and Olympic densities upon request. Minimum order quantity: 10 pieces.

4 or 5 cm—what's the difference?
The 5-cm panel has 1 centimeter more material at the same density of 230 kg/m³ and is therefore heavier: 12 kg instead of 9.5 kg (1 × 1 m) or 24 kg instead of 19 kg (2 × 1 m).
Can the large panel be moved on its own?
Weighing 19 or 24 kg per 2 m², it’s much easier to handle with two people. If you’re doing the renovation alone, you’re better off with the 1 × 1 m size, which weighs 9.5 or 12 kg per panel.
Which density should I choose?
The standard density is 230 kg/m³. In addition, the manufacturer offers the "Junior" model with a density of 200 to 210 kg/m³ and the "Olympic" model with a density of 270 to 280 kg/m³—both available upon request.
How many plates do I need?
A 1 × 1 m panel covers 1 m²; a 2 × 1 m panel covers 2 m². For 100 m², you'll need 100 small panels or 50 large panels. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
