Delivery, Installation, and Acceptance
Delivery within the EU is handled by a freight carrier. Curbside delivery is standard; you can optionally add carry-in and professional installation. We’ll coordinate the confirmed delivery date with your opening or renovation date.
Important regarding delivery: Damage incurred during transit is covered by the manufacturer’s shipping insurance. This coverage applies provided that the goods are accepted “subject to inspection” on the delivery slip, the reason is noted, and the claim is filed within 8 days. We will go over this process with you before delivery.
